Photo shoot in 1 weeks time

Exciting news for Jason and I, we have been asked to do a photo shoot for some people starting up a personal training website - images to demonstrate the exercises. Should be a fun shoot in a gym!

But after some down time we have to hit the cardio hard 1 hour in the AM and 1 hour before bed, not to mention training again ... oh and the most fun bit... diet Low carbs, high protien again, hmmm

Oh well we have just had a big old binge (cheat) day filled with Nuts, Dried fruit, candy, chocolate, and flavoured rice wafers. I'm feeling like a pig, and feeling sick. That's what happens when you are so restricted and them let yoursel go wild. I'm pretty sure I can handle 1 week hard out if I can get through comp diet and training.
Well this piggy needs to go to bed, I'll leave with some shots of the comp a friend took. The one of me on my own is during my routine.
Train hard, eat well, and think of me once in a while as I Train and Eat to cut down... booo hoo
Who am I kidding, I love it! But I love sleep more than blogging right now!!!!!

I'm just really happy you won, and it's great to see you looking so vibrant and happy on stage.

Excellent thickness in the lower body. That area always cuts up the hardest in a prep for most people, because it's obviously a big fat storage area, but when you finally get it good and cut, you can really appreciate the persons hard work.

Always a privilige to see you looking so athletic, artistic, and full of zeal, and the new photo shoot you're getting, is the least you deserve.

It's about time your amazing talents and artistic beauty, were given some off stage kudos too, and at least it proves you're not yesterdays hero, you're someone who inspires people to want to work with you.

I hope all is well for you, and WELL DONE on getting some solid opportunities, from your achievements. You're going places now, and it's only what you deserve, after years of very hard effort, sweat, probably a few tears, and masses of perseverance, and now you can truly start to appreciate the fruits of your labours.

The things I said months ago, about you potentially becoming bigger than your heros one day, looks like it's a strong possbilitiy so far.

I couldn't be happier for you, and as ever I'm extremely proud of you, and I wish you tonnes of good luck, and very best wishes.

Keep up all the hard work Eve, you are amazing, and I have nothing but the deepest of repsect and admiration for you.

:-) :-).
